Hey Natasha! Can you do a video on how to increase shoulder strength/hold a handstand facing the wall like that? I can kick up to the wall but I don't have enough strength to walk up and face the wall yet :/

I started doing more weight training (3x in a week) and instead of steady cardio, I started doing HIIT (3 x in a week.)
I was always afraid of calories, I only ate 1200 calories a day, now I try to eat more than 1500, but its hard because, most of the time I am still afraid to gain fat.

For some odd reason I did manage to gain fat and to lose muscle mass. The changes are fortunate not drastic, but i'm still shocked. I thought that I was doing the right thing…

Can someone please tell me, what I am doing wrong? Is it my diet? Or do I train in the wrong way?
(I weight about 60 kilograms and I'm 172 cm tall)

i love your videos natacha! ive been binge watching them for the past 3 days lol!! how long did it take you to build up your upper body to be able to do pull ups (and multiple sets of them)? ive been struggling with increasing my back strength and i feel as if i al not making any progress:/ do you have any recommendations?? thanks love ❤️

but how do you do a handstand facing the wall? I see that in MOVE too and I canät do it. I have to kick up facing the wall and then rest my heels

Really impressed by her improvement with her lil speech at 2:50 ish cause now she can do nearly 13 after having to do 50 push ups and crunches, which is one hell of a 'warm up'
