Again, the most important thing for me is keeping everything as simple as possible in terms of food and training. I don’t do anything fancy to see results, just keeping it consistent! How long did it take for you to get to the point that you are today?
This question has most probably been asked a dozen times, but I haven't been able to find it as of yet or the answer. Looking through some of your photos and watching some of your videos, it has inspired me to get into shape for the first time in my life. I hope to one day be able to do the many things that you currently do on a daily basis in the gym.

Wow. You are SO strong! How long did it take you to lift that heavy? I hear you should increase by about 5 lbs. every week or two, not sure that’s the best method though. I love to hear your take on the subject of increasing strength, what methods are best!

Love your videos. Just so I understand this right you do about three workouts that day? One full on fitness, one cardio (bike riding) and then the gymnastics? Wow! I mean I think only one of these alone would kick my ass let alone that I wouldn’t have the time to do all three. Would you consider making a video like “how to shredd fat while having a busy work schedule”? I work full time and take full time college classes so workouts often have to be short and sweet.
