Omar, Im in my mid 30s and working as dentist. I always been semi gym goer, who has problems with consistency, I always quit around 3 months in… but since I moved to a new city, started working as dentist, had hernia operation and got covid I feel like I been the weakest I have ever been, I got skinny fat… and it doesn't feel good. I work 9 hours day and live alone (my fiance is finishing her masters) and I'm pretty tired all the time. is there a program that I can do? any help is welcome. my expectations are just not be fat and be healthier and maybe minor definitions 😅
