Joanna, I need your help. I workout everyday and Im starting to feel the lack of energy to complete during my workout. What should I do?. I do still eat healthy but I also ocassionally crave sweets. HELP !!

I have been your follower for th past 2 months. I work out 5 to 6 times a week using your workout videos. I have lost inches and also feel better. I look at fitness in a different point of view. I have ditched crash dieting and I don't feel bad because I have a long term goal. I have taken up swimming at least once a week.i drink green tea in the morning.and i also drink more than 3l of water daily. this new schedule has made my entire life more lively. I study better and work faster.THANKS JOANNA

Hi Joanna I’m a Nurse & I’ve to work 12 hrs long day. I keep standing while at work and by the time I’m home I feel so exhausted & hungry. I take shower, have my dinner & then go directly to bed.. I need to wake up very early morning so exercising early morning at 5am is impossible. 😞now the problem with me is – my tummy. I’ve been gaining weight in my belly. Pls help!!

A habit like eating chocolate /nutella only every 10 to 14 days can have a big influence.
I also only eat ice cream when temperature is above 20 celsius ( except on my b day and x mas) just changing the way u snack or tracking your snacks and drinks can be very interesting

OMG I don't even feel like taking a day off exercise now that I'm loving it. Somedays my muscles ache but I still feel like trying a little. What should I do? I knowing sometimes I'm overdoing but my mind is like don't just take rest silly, get that a_s up and start working

This week I weighed myself after training with your videos for 2 months and I felt disappointed at myself for not losing weight. After watching this video I'm even more motivated to forge ahead and enjoy my workouts!

I was trying to lose weight for more than 4 years now and i lost weight and then had plateaus for a few times and still got a few amount of fat to lose. I'm still over weight and i'm trying my best. I lost my motivation for some stress and other reasons. Will try to do these things to get back in track
