Hi omar, you mentioned you had a partial labral tear? Would you be able to tell me what sort of rehab you did and how long it took before you started squatting again? I have a torn labrum in my left hip and have had it for around 18 months.
What did you do for legs when you took time off? Have a labral tear and am about to take a break from squats and deadlifts and I’m worried about losing leg size.

Your programming is great man. I've been extremely successful applying linear progressive overload but haven't been able to progress as well as I know I can recently due to a TERRIBLE diet. I'm terrible at getting calories in me. I won't really feel like eating unless there's food available. Despite that my numbers continue to rise but I'm barely getting by. Definitely going to start emulating something similar to your programming to illicit some more strength gains as I've never really tried heavy top set singles after my 5s. Most I've done for a workout are heavy triples and then 1 rep max attempts to see where my strength is.
Got from 550 to 685 on the DL by doing the exact same thing. Slight increase in top single and back off sets, started very conservative and got joocy gainz
