Do a video on mini cuts! I've always fantasized about doing a "4-6 week bulking, 1-2 week mini cut, repeat" cycle. Do you think this would be effective and is a mini-cut just exactly the same as a normal cut except only for a short amount of time? I know I personally can lose about 1 pound a week and retain muscle mass and strength/endurance (once my calories are back up)
Don't drink too much water or you'll fuck up your sodium levels and it'll feel like you're about to have a brain aneurism. Trust me.

How is your cut going?
My body works regularly like this thing they call "intermittent fasting", so it is quite normal for me and maybe that is the reason I have never had a problem with weight or loosing weight. Most of my calories comes in the evening (refueling after whole day, hunger and the most satisfying eating), in the morning I am not hungry at all, so I do not feel like eating until the lunch – it is almost 14-16 hours without eating (depend on the time of the last meal in the evening) and not actually feeling like I am starving or fasting. Its casual. On the other hand, if you would tell someone to fast 16h a day, they would like – shiit how can you do that, althougj it is quite easy – the only problem would be if you need to work hard before lunch, then obviously you need to eat something in the morning.

Hey guys, I'm skinny fat and have been bulking over the past 6 months or so. Strenght has gone up but the fat is still there and increase I want to go on a cut. Is a 200 calorie defecit ok to do for gradual loss or could it be pushed to 400? On the days I lift I plan to eat at maintaince and not on training days I'll do light cardio and a 200-400 restriction in calories. If someone could give me some advice on this that would be awesome it's really struggling for me
