Lets say my goal is 200protein, 280carbs and 70fats per day. 1 day I might get 220 protein, 180 carbs and 85 fats, will that affect my cut?

Can you include Women Weightlifting 101 in your series? Like which lifts we should do, how heavy, how many reps/sets, how many days a week, what other exercises we should incorporate (cardio, stretch, etc.). I'm in the process of easing my way into Weightlifting from Cardio and I'm so lost lol Great vids! 🙂

What do you think about lifting 6 days a week while under the effects of ketosis? I have around 20-23KGs (32% based on a air displacement test) of excess body fat and between you and Alan Thrall I am obsessed with weight training but I feel like losing body fat upfront would be more beneficial.
