I lost a lot of muscle, strength, progress and confidence over the year I spent recovering from an injury. This is all about how I designed my training and changed my diet to lose fat and regain muscle to get back my old body composition, while also becoming stronger and more functional these last 3 months (:
This is where I get my youtube music from! (30day free trial) — (this is an affiliate link so it helps support my channel without costing you extra, but if you’d prefer not to use it that’s ok too ❤️)

Do you think crash diets like cabbage soup or a cleanse is a good way to kick off a new program or is that just asking for problems?
❤️❤️❤️
Youre simply the best Natascha!
I loved the video but where is your top from ^_^ ? Please xx
can you do a training series on training with chronic pain disorders like fibromyalgia?
I was laughing at 19:19 because it’s so relatable 🤣 except mine wasn’t a bean bag, it was my bed 😂 slowly getting back also! Thanks for the laugh! ❤️
you're so positive…you're like a tonic of inspiration, your energy and beauty – a balm for the soul
This was honestly so helpful and such valuable information. Thank you!
Where’d you get your cute choker?
what to do on rest days??? walk 10k steps or do nothing?
This was a super helpful thing to hear you talk through, Natacha, thank you!
Do you have a workout programme that incoporates all these factors?
Natacha, do you have any recovery workouts? I'm seeing a doctor in Janurary about a neck and back pain. I'm trying to be so careful but I really don't want to loose my routine and drive.
You are adorable and I love your positivity! I gained 40 lbs during the pandemic due to illness, loss, etc. lost 15 of it but it’s hard being an ex athlete. Thank you!
What do you recommend for warming up/cooling down and stretching?
Natasha i was so inspired about your come back that i bought your reset programme. However i am having a lot of hassle trying to access the app. customer services got back to me yesterday with a potential solution which i agreed to and they still haven't actioned it. Basically all i need is for them to change the email address on my account which they suggested and nothing is happening not even a response to tell me when i could expect this to happen. sorry to leave this in the comments but i am frustrated i was ready to start my reset journey two days ago and all i have had is extra admin in my life trying to sort it.
Great channel you've earned my subscription!!!!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I've suffered a lower back injury 3 days ago and I've been going mad thinking about how I will live my life without working out for the next 6-8 weeks. Apart from the science and the workout regime here, it's your attitude that's so inspiring. Thank you!
Really informative video! I'm not sure if you've ever been told this before but you look so much like young princess margaret! I remember thinking this a while back but randomly remembered it again 😉
Your workout looks like so much fun
I used to think workout videos by women are solely for women. Clearly I was wrong. Her workouts are helping me in building overall stability which is making me feel solid while playing amateur soccer and tennis. Thank you Natacha! I know these videos take a lot of effort in tuning and editing. Kudos!
Can you still purchase your resistance bands?
You are so funny Natacha!
I’m doing build right now and I used to do move. And I reaaaaaally feel like the 60/70 minute is a lie 😂😂😂 more like 80/110
You may have said before and I may have missed it but what was the back injury? When I was 15 I injured my lower back, badly, and had terrible medical assistance/care. I never really had a proper examination. Fast forward some years and I eventually had mri scan and it was found I had two torn discs, degenerative facet joint disease and arthritis in my spine. I trained 5 days a week through the pain and it sort of kept it in check but I haven’t been to the gym or worked out since the first lockdown in 2020. I just can’t get my mojo back, and the pain is now almost unmanageable. I put my back out on Sunday putting clothes in a wardrobe. Looks like whoever you had as a physio obviously knew what they were doing and put you right back on track 👍
I am so glad I was suggested this by Youtube. Helps me feel no so alone. My lifts all died a tragic amount in 2018-2019 due to malnutrition caused by Coeliac disease. Then the last two years happened and closed my gym. It is a real struggle to get anywhere near my pre Coeliac best.
Health always needs to come first.
