Over 90 days ago, I had a breakdown. I realized after years of being in the public eye, I was no longer living the life I wanted. I spent a long time carefully constructing a plan to get my mind and body in the best shape of my life & going public with it was huge for me, because I knew I needed you guys to keep me accountable.

You’ve seen the rest. The backlash, the plateaus, the emotions. My intention was always to be transparent with you every step of the way, and I’m finally ready to talk about it all. Hope this video helps you guys think a little differently and inspires you to reach your own goals!!

I honor your courage. I think every day we are so scared of judgement and being in public eye is being open and that is some gutsy stuff. It’s easy to say that when people say cruel things to you, they are really just saying to themselves. But living like that is much harder. I’m glad you have found your inner strength to speak your truth. Keep shining. Believe it or not, it’s actually true that how others see you is how they see themselves. But you are you, and that’s someone only you create, and that’s a hero for so many, and a teacher for many more

it’s so important to start a journey like this loving yourself BEFORE you begin it, if you do this because you hate your body, you will fail, what helps me is when I start thinking negative about my body, I start to think about all the amazing things it does for me, for example, my legs help me walk to beautiful places!

Whenever I try to lose weight and work out, people start looking at me as a person who hates her body and have disruptive self image. But, it is more like growing up healthy and disciplining myself. Thank you for posting this video because it made realize that I do love my body and that's really why I want get healthier. First video I watch for you but not the last. Thanks YouTube suggestions😅

I went vegan in the beginning of 2020 and I lost 20 pounds! (145 – 125) just from eating different. right now im 130 but I want to get fit and still continue to eat healthier (cuz you know vegan food can still be junk food 😅) I looked back for this video for inspiration to start my health journey and to get fit!!

so inspirational! i quite getting busy these days so i'm using it for an excuse not working out and eat unhealthy but i will back to working out and try to eat healthier but in moderation because i know i can't eat super healthy 😂

You are awesome. Small changes add up. It's great motivation for some changes I need to make. Let me just say that it's crazy as a woman that they put you on a cover for body positivity for being heavier when you were 24% body weight which is at the low BMI or high athlete level BMI. I understand that you wanted to change but I thought you looked amazing to begin with and the fact that you were considered a thicker trainer to begin with is insane.

I lost all my extra pounds without any suffering with intermittent fasting 16:8 and during my "eating time" I eat whatever I want, well, I wont eat Macdonald or any other fast food nor process food but not bcz of my "diet" but bcz I never ate those type of food.
But I drink wine, cocktails, eat beans, fruits, whole wheat bread, lots of fish, veggies, green leaves and root type, olives, almond and peanut butters, canned sardines in olive oil, sometimes I eat 3-4 big slides of hawaiian pizza, spaghetti, lasagna.
I love whole branzino and eat that at least 2x a week, I drink a protein shake 3 days a week, same days I do strength training ,

I walk on my treadmill 40-80 mnts a day while watching a movie or documentary EVERY night, 40 mnts if is on strength training days, 50-80 mnts on "cardio" days I stop drinking milk and now I only drink 30 cal. fortified almond milk, I eat feta cheese some times with my salads.

I work out with light weights (6-10lbs 🤭) 3x a weeks 30-40 mnts each day.

I sit on the sun 15- 20 mnts every morning with a huge hat that covers my whole face and neck.

I pray to God, I read my favorite psalms and scriptures from the Gospels, and I sing songs of praise to my Lord every morning BEFORE even jumping out of bed.

ALL these changed my live, my brain, my body and my spirit , I am now a happy person and all my cloths fit amazing.

It is incredible what prayer, the Word of God, good food, walking and the sun can do for us, humans.

I think the most important thing in going to a weight loss journey is support.. every technical problem that's going to happen in your body has a solution or an answer scientifically but the rollercoaster of emotion you'll be going through can only be relieved through the support from the people who loves you

You are an absolutely amazing human being Cassey!!! I followed your 90 Day Journey and all of the other challenges and amazingness you've done since….And i am finally doing my own 90 Day Journey 2 years later!!! I am almost done with my first week on my plan and FINALLY my stomach has actually stopped hurting. I definitely know I wasn't eating enough veggies, too many breads & cheeses, and too much alcohol. Now, I already feel an increase in energy, motivation, and focus.
I'm 5'5" like you and fairly athletic, but my goal weight is what your starting weight was. I have about 10lbs to lose to get there though and am so confident and happy in my decision to do this! THANK YOU for all that you do and share. You are truly making a difference in sooooo many peoples lives <3

This video is so interesting and inspiring. It broke my heart to hear that people were being so negative towards her 🙁 that must be so hard to deal with and I’m really glad she took that power back for herself! People on the internet can be so cruel…it’s really awful.

Also – too fat to be a Pilates instructor?? She had always been fit and gorgeous, as well as thin…how skinny do people want Pilates instructors to be? Some people really need a whack over the head.
