just do some heavy dumbbell bench press flat or incline, for a week. maybe flyes too. doing bench press, deadlift and squats all times will not increase your bench as most of the guys think .. 😀 rather than that the injuries may increase instead.

I'm all kinds of injured so no squats, no deadlifts from the floor, plus negligible cardio, so my weight is going up, which apparently helps with pressing, and triceps.
