Be careful with those saunas in Thailand, I hear they're killer 🙁

+Rob Lipsett I'm 14 and being going to the gym for 4 months now for mostly 5 days a week I usually take protein after the gym. Should I bother dieting? I'm not fat or chubby but I'm also not skinny and any tips are massively appreciated.
SBD's worth the money?
6:22 That jugular vein tho! That vein been making some gains brah.
Subscribed! Cheers from Norway 🙂 This was really useful! Thnx 👍🏼
hey rob. do you have any shoulder mobility/warm up routines.
I'd like to see a video on how many successive roly polies you can do underwater
damn u make 3 plates look hard
just kidding lol 😀
Rob .
Been clicking a few of your vids lately
Genuinely good views.
Keep up the good work !!
Think a motivational video type thing would be sick 👍🏼
Real good video. The long pause squat is great for gaining depth. Important that you did the mobility work first though otherwise take that in isolation and someone's going to snap something!
Lacking dat frequency on dem uploads. :/
Rob Lipsett, you would really benefit from having a wider stance with feet pointing out (like 45 degrees). It will help with your knees caving in and will feel more natural down deep.
It's all politics bro, Jason is the true ruby classic champion and you know it..
I got a question for u rob. Would you recommend a 16 year old to go into a cut? I'm around 15% body fat and my long term goal is to get where you're at when it comes to strength and physique
whereabouts in Thailand are you going? I am going again in a few weeks and know a couple of cool gyms to visit if you will be training out there!
What size pro combats do you wear Rob?
great video, ireally like the pull ups thrown in to warm up the upper back-great idea
I really like the warm up. Would it be better/easier doing it slower?
I suppose it wouldn't be as good/intense a stretch, but you'd have more control.
I'd definitely need to be careful of my knees, really not as strong as they used to be. Any tips for that?
great vids. but natty's don't use straws…
great video! really glad i found your channel 🙂
Hey Rob. I like low bar squating but I feel like a high bar squat would give me better quad activation. Unfortunately when I put the bar in high bar position it feels very painful as it feels as if it is digging into the vertebrae in my neck. Any suggestions? Thank you
A lot of movments here from ogus! Both of you are very motivational. Keep doing what you are doing!
yo i recognized your shoes are higher at the heel than at the toes. does this help to squat deeper?
i like it he's doing barbell back squats in the video he's the greatest at doing barbell back squats
The reality is that your warm up and hip mobility routine are truly key components of improving your squat for the vast majority of people on earth. There are a million videos on YouTube telling you how to squat that don’t make it clear that if you aren’t mobile it’s pretty much impossible to squat properly, let alone safely. Everyone wants to squat but nobody wants to stretch their hips.
Crazy to see how far you've come Rob! You're a real inspiration! Keep up the solid work mate!
