Awesome video Lex, great to see someone I trust doing a higher fat diet! I've been doing it quite a while with great results. Dunno if you've tried Ghee butter yet with your coffee? I blend Ghee and Cacao with mine every morning, fuckin awesome! 💪

I switched to high fats a while ago, mainly because of fertility issues, and I have noticed I look leaner! My skin has improved too 👍🏻
Your physique is what I'm going for. We have the just about the same body type but I am just terrible at dieting. I love working out though. How tall are you?
if we want to follow this type of macros…what would you recommend based on an individual's body weight and activity. Eg if someone is male, 165 lbs, active 3-6 days a week…how would you calculate the macros?
Great video Lex and looking sharp! Will the diet change much when you start training (if you will be) for your tough mudder event, give more carbs may be needed? Would love to a video some endurance training in there for a change..
I personally don't like high fat diets cause I have a massive appetite and easily overeat. High carb usually allows for more volume and that works for me. But for the guys who struggle to hit their caloric targets this will be gold

Very informative but coffee in the fridge or freezer that's a fallacy not a good idea, moisture can collect on the coffee this will make it loose is freshness for sure.
I roast beans for my business so I know a lot about coffee, always store in a sealed container or the bag it came in and keep it in a cold dry storage cupboard!
I do a fairly active and physical job and I'm always on the move and using energy (especially in the mornings) and I also train in the mornings when I can, will it still be ok to do intermittent fasting ??

Fun fact: studied abroad in London. Got kicked out of my apartment and had to move to southgate. Only positive was I stumbled across Dr Zacs Gym (pumping iron). Proper find, he has some of the top protein packed foods. Also learned a lot from everyone there. Go Dr Zac and go Lex

Hey lex how did you work out your macros to change from carbs to fats?
if you eat carbs along with the mct oil it takes away alllllllll the benefits. the idea of eating coconut oil with coffee is that it helps burn more fat when exercising.. second u eat carbs your body wants to use carbs as fuel, not fat
What’s the costs of this style of diet compared to the usual high carb based diet? I’m sitting around 210lb with a realistic BF of around 20% and wanting to tighten up and drop my BF but fighting against a strict and tight budget.

Keto is easily sustainable in the UK, just eat real food! Meat of some sort, above ground vegetables, butter, sorted!
