So a trick I have been trying is, if Iwant a snack I allow my self crunchy veg or fruit first then if it’s still on my mind I have a big glass of water.usually by then the snack craving has subsided. Find I am craving more booze though so I’m not buying it! 🥂🍾🍾

It's really hard because I am a college student so when I am at school I can buy my own groceries and control what I eat. but now since we had to leave our residencies and come live at home, I can't control what my parents buy and what I eat as much. I don't really know what to do!

Cheese, chips, olives, more chips, ice cream, popsicles, candy, etc.. Usually my mom helps me by packing healthy lunches and snacks with lots of protein and nutrients. Now, I eat so many chips!?

I watched one of your recent video, and I noticed you had mentioned something about hyperthyroidism, because I just found out last week that my sister had gotten diagnosed with the same disease. She had mentioned that was always hungry, and was eating soo much but not gaining any weight. I wonder if that was contributing to your hunger besides living a very active lifestyle 🤔

I’ve been neglecting fruit during this quarantine, and I too have a big appetite too because before quarantine, I would say I live a pretty active lifestyle, but what has curbed my hunger, and sweet tooth is to have a small apple after my meal.. so simple but hey.. it works 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 instead of ransacking the cupboards and fridge after my meal like a crazy person. Lol

Too late 😆 I ate my whole house already ! I don’t drink thank the lord or drugs but I love my treats ! Chocolate 🍫 chips, pudding, candy, ect… great ideas though, I needed this !! The quarantine 15 is real !! 😑

Great tips – it’s like you’re already in my brain. 😂 Would love to see more plant based protein options. Dozens of meat packing plants have closed down over the last month due to outbreaks. Workers can’t get the social distancing they need due to loud machinery and number of animals needing to get “processed”. Would love to see what you think about Beyond Meat or organic non GMO tempeh. 🙏🏻

I've already gained 4kg during quarantine, and I've been trying to lose the pounds for 4 weeks now. My problem is that I know I'm not hungry but I overeat literally at every meal:(
just out of boredom or procrastination

What would you say to someone who has a compulsive eating problem not related to the physical feeling of being hungry? Like, I love food, I just love the way so many foods are so delicious and sometimes when it’s really good I just want to eat and eat no matter how full I feel. I can literally be sitting here thinking “ughhh I ate way too much my stomach hurts” and yet still feel like going back for seconds if it was something super yummy.

Lily chocolate extra dark has became my BFF( only 2 small squares maybe few times a week ) during Covid. I work from home and during my breaks i start to exercise more but i am almost 44 and pounds and creeping up and I eat super healthy but still not losing any weight. Super frustrated 😢

Cookies and cake but I don’t buy them. I allow one day a week to have it if I want. Otherwise it’s water, tea, berries, sometimes protein oatmeal.

Just wondering how interchangeable or adaptable your meal plans are? I am extremely picky…like no seafood or a lot of other things haha. I really feel stuck with my diet and not sure how to go about losing weight without giving up food groups (previous ketoer ha) but I don't want to pay a bunch for a meal plan and not eat half of the stuff suggested.

If you were over eating food it probably means that you are restricting certain food groups or ingredients. You may feel deprived and so when you get the opportunity you end up over eating to overcompensate for all of the under eating and restriction. The body does not like to be deprived of food and will rebel if you try to starve yourself
