Love this info but I find it funny to hear you recommend "meditation for a couple of minutes" 🙂 I guess something's better than nothing 😉
My spiritual adviser also says if you aren't happy, just pretend by smiling and try to get a positive spin on things. He is this Indian dude who has adopted the American sayings and one of his English mantras is , "fake it until you make it"
