Its a human reaction that we all deal with from time to time. Our egos always try to over power who we are as spiritual beings. Wow Tiffany this brought tears in my eyes , well i am going thru family crisis and I am in the middle of it . I don't know its so difficult at times . Thank you for the encouraging words even though our situations are different what matters is us we make the difference in our kids , husbands lives and some of our friends. Wow. Even YOU felt jealousy on Instagram? I just read about Victoria's Secret models feeling the same way about Instagram models that don't even have half of their success. It's crazy how toxic social media can be. That's why I deleted all of my social media accounts.
I didn't think it mattered as much as the "studies" say it does ( I thought they were just exaggerating about the effects of social media on self esteem) but it really is true. I have never been so happy not caring about social media!
