Alright ladies, this is my progress & I'll (try to) update ya'll everyday. Wish me luck 😭
Day 1: being an ABSOLUTE beginner, I'd say that it was bit hard but still tried to complete each workout (tbh it was quite ruff & I barely did those planks)
Day 2: it was aching so hard, especially around my belly yet I managed to push hard and almost did each exercise accurately (probably).
