Do women actually go to the gym dressed up like this for a workout?
Sure, but be smart with it – i.e. if you workout your back, you should even it out by working out your chest and abs directly afterwards.
Well they are and they aren't, ioannasan. So long as you are using relatively light weight dumbbells and going for longer sets you will still be toning rather than bulking 🙂
I do calf raises when I'm standing in line at the supermarket or anywhere else- no excuses!
PLEASE ANSWER im so confused i want to lose weight in my thighs but i heard cardio will make me lose my butt and i dont want to do that but i want to lose weight in my legs will this help me lose weight or just or just tone them up

I did this at home and just replaced the bench with a chair – maybe it was harder, because the chair has some more inches, but it worked just fine 🙂
