I like workouts with no equipment but this seems too hardcore for me. Could I just cut the time in half for each one until I can endure the full exercise?

wow man your technique is sick , i love it , im flawless at press ups , wide arms , then i come to the diomands and i struggle , but youve motivated me to try get better , im gonna do them everyday till failure , until im making myself a schedule 😀 thumbs up brov ,

You know what I really LOVE your workouts I've seen so much exercises videos and they're boring u have exercises that are funny and different ones. Im gonna try your workout and i also love it cause u dont need that much dumbbells

Sure is right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly.

hey scott i'm a big fan
just had a doubt in mind.. since 2 weeks ive stopped weight training nd have been doing 600 push ups nd 300 pull ups (in different variations) three times a week.. would dis lead to any strength loss due to lack of weights? kindly help….
