wow man your technique is sick , i love it , im flawless at press ups , wide arms , then i come to the diomands and i struggle , but youve motivated me to try get better , im gonna do them everyday till failure , until im making myself a schedule 😀 thumbs up brov ,

just had a doubt in mind.. since 2 weeks ive stopped weight training nd have been doing 600 push ups nd 300 pull ups (in different variations) three times a week.. would dis lead to any strength loss due to lack of weights? kindly help….
