Lucy is amazing and so sweet. I loved the workout itself, but I won’t be doing this one again. I am so tired of hearing about having to stay inside and be safe. The last thing I want is to hear it even more when I am working out.

Lucy, thank you so much for keeping me healthy in the pandemic. You mentioned that we can ask for what we need in exercise. I need to raise my heart rate to 130 BPM for 30 minutes straight, so I’m looking for your videos that help me do that. Thank you very much.

Loved that Lucy, every workout is different, well presented,clear and suitable for any level of fitness. The only thing I miss about the gym now is the pool. If I get my grandson's paddling pool out how about a water workout. There's a challenge for you LOL ;0))

Only just seen this one but enjoyed it all the same. Personally I would prefer 2x30sec sculpt intervals as I found full 60 secs quite a challenge but then I’m 63 years old!! I’ve done loads of your others which I love but this one was 60 sec walking which I prefer as I’m a road jogger!!

Hi Lucy. We have been doing a range of your different workouts during over a year of lockdowns, home quarantine and now hotel quarantine while we are emigrating. They are super useful for keeping us moving in all directions within a limited space and also doing so with options to keep us injury free.
