Oh dear I felt/ feel this one. Moving like an old lady.
I haven’t been fit my whole life and I’m creeping up on 30. This exercise was kind of easy, yet challenging (don’t understand how that works!). I love how you show 2 different levels of difficulty. I want to complete this challenge on easy (since that’s my fitness level) and then go back and do it again on the more difficult. Here’s hoping for some results!

Today is day one for me again in months. I needed something to push me and it did. It kicked my butt but I stuck with it. I am 5'10 at 172 lbs. My goal right now is 155lbs with a more toned body. Wish me luck.
