I haven’t been fit my whole life and I’m creeping up on 30. This exercise was kind of easy, yet challenging (don’t understand how that works!). I love how you show 2 different levels of difficulty. I want to complete this challenge on easy (since that’s my fitness level) and then go back and do it again on the more difficult. Here’s hoping for some results!

im 75 kg i really need to manage my weight for my wedding plz help me i follw diet n exercises also ….im really worried plz help me …some dietitian say that my body in pleatue …i don't hv any kind of health problems so suggest me any reliable things as soon as possible im new to your chenal..I'm waiting for yr suggestions .

Lucy, I recently found your channel. I found this playlist and am starting the challenge now, mid November. I'm going into the holidays with a better mind set than previous years where I don't move much and eat way too much. I'm excited for the next 30 days!

Today is day one for me again in months. I needed something to push me and it did. It kicked my butt but I stuck with it. I am 5'10 at 172 lbs. My goal right now is 155lbs with a more toned body. Wish me luck.

Day 1 – I assumed it's gonna be easy. Well it does gets your heart going. Not as hunky dory as it seems.
