This is one of my fav lower body workouts as I have an old knee injury which makes squats and lunges off limits. I love the combination of cardio and toning.

This is a perfect leg workout for me since my knees aren't as strong as they use to be. Too many lunges and squats for leg toning can compromise the knees. I just started doing this workout, I hope I see results.

Thank you for explaining what muscles are being worked for each exercise. That is missing from the bulk of exercise workouts. It makes a difference to know where you are toning to bring intent when executing the moves.
It affects my booty too and most of the cellulite is gone!!!!
You are a GENIOUS LUCY!! 57 yrs old. Saying bye bye 2 granny shaped body and HELLO 2 HOURGLASS FIGURE!! Never thought 2 see these results. Can't express THANK U ENOUGH! I am not following your diet plan. I watch what I eat and stopped eating processed sweets like cookies cakes pies etc.
