I am 66 with spinal issues fusion gone wrong severe scoliosis in lumbar region. My surgeon is very happy for me to do exercises especially to keep muscles strong all over the body. So I like the less impact version in your videos, I have started doing the other ones for arms etc. I will now work with you on this latest all over body exercise video. Hi Lucy! I just had a question about how this is suited to all body types. I have a very fast metabolism and because of my small frame, I want to find a quick and easy workout that will keep me fit but wont make me lose weight? I'm currently underweight and my aim this year is to try put on a few kilos/pounds just to reach a healthy BMI. Will this workout help out with this?

I have always been intimidated by youta be workouts
But your workouts ( I do mix of left/ right) seem to be just the one I was waiting for.
It's easy to follow and I don't feel scared.
I'm looking to lose 10 kilos or 18-20 pounds.
Do I need to this 4 min workout twice? Or club it with some walks?
