I can't believe I made it throught a full month without failling ( Just one rest day a week) I am so proud of myself and all of the wonderful women from LucysSquad YAAAAYYY GIRLS !!! I have to admit that I can't see the results because I didn't pay attention of what I was eating ( my mistake was to finish chocolate from christmas) but I am more determinated as ever !!! I am ready to rock the next challenges !! Thank you so much Lucy, I never thought that I will one day love sport but I do ! You are amazing 💋
I run a daycare at home during the day. 5 of them 4 and under. I love that at nap time I can quickly fit this into my day #noexcuse #done

I just completed the last two days of the January challenge today. It has been a wonderful journey of committed exercising in the first month of the new year. Thank you Lucy for all your encouragement with these fantastic workouts and encouraging words in the videos.
I must say that my body is extremely fatigued today from an exhausting last two days (Wednesday and Thursday). I struggled through this wonderful workout. I worked a little slower and still accomplished it! Yay! It is a good reminder to me that rest is very key for good health. I am glad I pushed through and finished my workout well. I has been truly wonderful! Thank you Lucy!

Challenge completed! And just in time to start September's challenge. Thanks Lucy, this is the only fitness challenge I have ever stuck with and feel so proud of myself. I can officially call myself a part of #lucyssquad
Thank you, Lucy! This is the first 30 day workout challenge that I’ve ever been able to stick with from beginning to end (for thirty days, I do this daily, combined with two other short workouts I found on your channel to make it 30 min every day except for rest days!)! So proud of myself!
Haven’t been watching out on what I ate though, so I’ll be better at that and start another 30 day challenge with you for the upcoming new month!!!
