Love love love! Getting back into workouts after a bad few weeks . If guy want tips I suggest:
Listening to Ariana Grandes Dangerous Women album when working out
Do the more advanced moves for round one and if you need to do the less advanced moves for round 2 when just starting out

Hi Lucy! I am currently off on maternity leave with my 5 month old little boy and have been really struggling to lose the baby weight. I have managed to complete all of this weeks workouts and am feeling more energy and also more positive towards my body. I hope to continue this challenge and find the short workouts more manageable. Thank you!! xxx

Work out complete! I'm loving this, have managed to complete all the days so far. Doing the workouts during my sons (6months old) morning nap and hoping to shed some of the baby weight. Just need to focus on what I'm eating now. Thank you xx

I loooove your workouts Lucy, this one was great!! Let me tell you it really helps me when you give 10 sec between moves bc it gives me enough time to get into position without rushing and it makes the whole workout easier. I have been doing them for some time and due to my work I can't work out 2 days a week and I really miss working out those days! I feel like I have a lot more energy and I sleep way better thanks to them, so massive thank you Lucy!!!! And I love to do 3 or 4 one after the other when I have more time 🙂
