Hi Lucy!! This is my first comment on your videos. I started working out many times before but could never continue more than 3 days due to lack of motivation. Since last 2 months I am following your workout daily and guess what even on rest days I feel like working out. Atleast a at home walk would do. I absolutely love your energy and the way you speak throughout the video, time really flies by. ❤️❤️❤️ Can you please make a video to slim down calves specially? Your thigh workout really helped me but I couldn't see difference in the calves. Those are really bulky. Please help me.😒

That was a really good short workout – so felt the legs at the end. Did it after one of your 1 mile indoor walks and followed it by a 4 minute arm workout. Just one comment if I may – I have problems kneeling so it would be good if you let me know if there is a suitable alternative to the kneeling exercise in this workout. thanks as always Lucy xx

It was a bit too fragmented for me and I don't really have a chair here that would for all of those exercises so I had to improvise but it was fun trying something different, thanks! That cat was soooo funny tho 🙂

Guys i did 5 videos of her workouts for 7 days each video is a part of your body and believe me it worked i did the arms, the tights, the belly, the abs, and calorie burning, it workeddd soo damn well, try it today it is worth itt i swear! Plus i lost about 4 kilos in a week, but if course with healthy eating, and i am willing to continue for 1 mounth to see the resultss!!believe me it works!

Lucy, do you have any suggestions how to do some of these moves with patellofemoral syndrome in both knees? I know that some of my pain in the knees can be alleviated by losing weight, and my thighs are one of my problem areas, so I really want to do this routine. But my knees can only take so much.
