OMGoodness! Lucy, thank you for this workout. This is an area I don't work out enough in this way. These floor glute exercises work my gluteous minimus that has always been challenging for me. my physio gave me exercises to work my glutes & thighs, nothing was working, decided to try this workout by Lucy & my butt plus legs were on fire ! this is the best video for me, thank you Lucy you've done what my physio couldn't 🥰

Thank you so much for this workout!!! I hurt my foot and I need to still get my workout in. Like a fool I underestimated this workout. I did it with legs weights. I won't be doing that tomorrow.

I did feel a burn. Trying to keep exercises low key today due to being sick with bad head cold, but sick of being sick! Exercise helps me feel a little better. Thank you for your workouts. I love your kitty btw!

I loved it..just enough time not to get bored! ….I will definitely be doing this every day or every other day whenever I can 😁💕 thank you for posting such a cool lil 11 min workout, loved it!
I also gotta add I'm 5'2 around 230lbs & I was able to do this with a few over burn stops but made it through all the way on my right leg…my left leg for some reason has always been the weakest. I used to bodybuild but I'm trying to get my body back in shape a lil. Ive naturally got treetrunk legs and this still was easy for me, THANK YOU! 💕
PS. It made me laugh that your cat came to visit because your cat looks exactly like mine and my kitty would not leave me alone too, it's so funny it's like they are exactly the same cat 😂 .. such little pains in the butt but we love them 😂💕
