Just finished a fifteen minute walk weight loss workout followed by this cardio. My target is to lose 10 lb in next two weeks. I am also going to do her back and shoulder and arm routines at least five days a week and legs and tummy at least three days a week. I will update on the progress.
Does anyone know roughly how many calories this workout burns? Thanks ❤️

Another great LWR workout. Loved the coloured frame around the screen, nice visual difference then the white. But love the white too, so simple and clean.

Hi Lucy. I love your workouts. I've been doing the muffin top melt down and the drop a dress size in 7 days (both of which I've been doing for the last couple of months) and I'm really impressed that, although I haven't lost any weight, I have actually dropped a dress size! It's the first time I've been able to stick at any exercise routine and I'm back in clothes that I haven't worn for over a year, so thank you! My issue however is that my bum is still big and I wonder why I can't seem to shift the weight from there. What exercises should I be doing/avoiding in order to shrink my bum please?
