Mam,
Iam Ram from India, iam 48 yes old. I was very fit until my marriage, when I had ample time to do the exercises regularly. After my marriage I have totally lost my work but for some irregular workouts then and there. I was 63-65 before marriage, but now I am 85 kgs.
I very much love your workouts eventhough I find hard sometimes.
I want you to suggest some workouts especially for upper portion of the body i.e. the torso, chest and the upper thigh portion. I want to be slim and shapy.
