When we approach the practice through the lens of self-study, we find that we have everything we need to both gracefully and fiercely move toward what serves… and to move away from what doesn’t.

Anyone else heard her heartbeat when she joins hands in practice, talking about prana or at the namaste end? 16:01 and 24:58
I was with you from day one, hardly had and experience with yoga but have muscle strength because of practice with Pilates. That helped me trough the first lessons but what you do on day 9 is not for beginners. I quit and try to find a beginners class so I can keep up with the “group”.

Perfect practice after day6, I missed an other twist stretch at the end.
I started this journey a year after it was posted. I can’t do it every day, but it’s been liberating forgiving myself the days I can’t do it, it allows me to keep myself motivated, and forgiven. I deal with a lot of guilt and self-shaming trauma, so this has been sort of a way to reclaim my time and forgive myself when I can’t show up, so I can prevent myself from feeling guilty next time I do show up. Thank you, Adriene✨🌿

I absolutely LOVED this one Adriene! That pigeon was much needed, all in all a great flow to feel amazing even though my muscles were sore from all the running I've done this week lol cant wait for tomorrow! Lots of love!

Can’t wait for the new 30 day practice in 2022. This is my 3 rd time through Home. The 30 day practices keep me going. I’m not always consistent but I have a place to come back to. Every time I come back after a break I feel so much better. My goal this year is to stay the course and not get off track. So many benefits. Thanks so much Adrian for making this available for free. I and my friends follow these videos as part of school activity and they always bring a lot of joy to our Tuesdays. Unfortunately, we only have time to do them once a week for about two months so this is the last video we're following as a group 🙁 We love you Adriene
