Me before trying this workout:who can't move lyk an animal for less than thirty minutes everyday………I'll totally do this one everyday 💪

THE ANIMAL WORKOUT
Panting like a rabid dog
Sweating like a pig
I sprawled on my yoga mat
Laying brittle like a fragile twig
I did a cardio routine that was
feverish and acutely intense
Endorphins racing to leave
like a teenage boy about to dispense
The routine was unlike any other
it was called Animal Flow
we were supposed to ape the apes
and our Youtuber was Joanna Soh
I waddled like a retarded duck
Hopped like a kangaroo in heat
I stretched my thighs as a scorpion would
Crawled as a crab hunting for squids to eat
By the end of the nasty workout
I felt like I wanted to die
Humans-the gold standard of evolution
is, I think, an outrageous lie!
We are not in touch with earth like they are
We can't intercept danger like they do
It is time to embrace our animal instincts
And workout our lives they way they would too!
