I too did this workout after a 5k run and it was tough. I bought the Cardio character for menopause and have just finished the first week with this workout. Feeling great and looking forward to starting week 2 😊💪

The workouts are AMAZING, but please do not listen to her regarding diet advice. No one who is trying to eat a healthy diet should be consuming dairy products, especially if they're trying to lose weight, and there are enough studies proving this. Cut out dairy, you'll notice incredible results within the first week, not just concerning your weight but your overall health, fitness, skin, etc.!

Morning! Wow! This was just great what I needed. Feeling down in this 3rd lock down and despite exercising 5-6 days a week, it was this 5min work out that got me huffing and puffing. But more importantly I felt better for doing it. Loved your little bit about running at the end of the video, exercise really has so many benefits. I did another 6min HIIT and ab routine before this too. So now ready for the day 😁. Thank you ❤
