Get 6 Pack Abs at home here:
Week 8 of the “Home Abs Workout” Blitz is already here and its time to keep up your progress to ripped, chiseled, shredded, cut, “6 pack abs”. These are all words that you will be able to use to describe your new body and new “6 pack” stomach as you follow the AthLEAN-X workout system unique “6 pack ab workouts” and ab exercises to get you ready to step out onto the beach this year.
This weeks series of ab exercises is designed to give you what I call the Summer Beach Body. A summer beach body is one that requires you to get in top shape with a minimal time investment. With the Home Abs Workout Blitz you literally are over and done with this workout in just 5-10 minutes. That’s what I call a minimal time commitment!
That said, just because you’re not spending hours in the gym it doesn’t mean that you can’t get an impressive set of abs. By doing ab exercises that stress your body in unique ways you can expect more out of this abs workout than any you’ve done before.
Building on that principle…would you expect Jeff Cavaliere’s AthLEAN-X 90 day training program to be any different? It delivers the same results that today’s top athletes and actors use to get ready for each game and new role. You deserve the same. Get ripped. Get in top shape. Get an athletic looking body. Get AthLEAN-X.

and others too,so they cant say it didnt work 😉
what do you recommend doing if i dont have a total gym?
No…No…NO!! Not enough calories at all if you're trying to lose body fat AND gain muscle. You're wasting your muscles away, which is making it harder to burn calories and fat. Eat at least 1500 calories and more so 2000 or more of GOOD HEALTHY food and you'll see better results.
hey i'm 18 i have pretty much cut out all fat and i eat close to 200 cals everyday and i have done everything else you said, i'm gaining muscle slowly but dont seem to be losing fat, is there anything i am doin wrong?
and someone told me to only eat carb at brekfast and after lifting weights only, is that legit?
@barcibarci i meant 2000 cals lol =P
Hey, Jeff.
I'm a big fan of yours!
Btw,
Any suggestions if our workout place do not have the equipment for the last exercise? Should I do that kitchen exercise with towel that you showed to us a while ago?
How many times a week should I do this workouts? I mean, the part I how many times? part II? etc etc…??
This man is the truth period!
So good info but PLEASE fix your Audio output! (music way too loud VS your comment)
thanks
hi jeff, i dont have the total gym for the last exercise, can i replace it with something else
@xXCuBaXxXx You can place your feet on a physioball and your hands on the floor and do an inverted V-Up from there. You could also get into a V-position on the floor with your feet on a towel, so that you can slide.
hey jef you should change the name of the videos from "home abs work out" to Gym abs Workout …man i reached 8th week i have bougth allready quite a lot stuff for the excersices…and now you are putting a whole machine …come on… ( nevertheless i like all your programs are all GREAT) any other suggesting way for the last excersice?
athlean-x best workout program out there!!
how do you do the last one if you dont have a total gym?
gosh i dont know anything about calorie :((
hey uploader. just wondering. seeing as this comes in parts, could i just stick to this video work out? and how many times a week should i do this? thanks and i hope you get back to me soon 🙂
JDCav, I have a question about the last exercise in this video, currently I'm utilizing a wood floor to slide back in to a push up and curling my abs back in to end it. The problem is the floor only works so well, my feet stick. Is there an alternative to what you're doing in this video and the ab drill i'm doing that may work more efficiently?
i know this is 2 years too late, but in case you haven't figured it out, that last exercise is essentially a reverse ball rollout to a pike or a body saw to a pike. Can be done on stability ball, TRX, slides or a wooden floor with a towel.
