@KillerZomba1 Sounds like you're doing a lot of cardio. That'll get your body lean and prepped for the muscles to come out – that being said, I twice a week isn't enough to get ripped. It's difficult to juggle school, working out, and a sport all at one time. You also need a good diet, which is like eating healthy foods every couple of hours or so. Some basic research can show you what foods are considered good for bulking up.
@KillerZomba1 Yeah you'll be fine. If you want to bulk, you should focus more on working out than on cardio.
I'm also 13, however I have 8 pack abs. My friends tell me this is dangerous. Do you agree with this and should I be toning my Oblique's for a 12 pack or should I wait?
I've had a look at all 12 videos now I love the variety of exercises and look forward to trying them out! As a female whose had a child I have some scarring around my lower abdomen (particularly on one side) and the integrity of the skin is just not great I am having a hard time getting my lower abs to look taunt/supported (I don't need a 6-pack just want toned) so I really hope this works! I have regained my ab strength though.
