HOLIDAY HIIT 2022 starts on Monday!

Our Holiday HIIT challenge is back and better than ever. As we recounted in this recent video, what started out as a way to keep moving and find connection during the holiday season at the end of a tough year (2020), turned into our most popular, most fun challenge! So many of you joined us last year and the year before to show up, keep moving, share our stories and head into the new year feeling great!

This year is even more exciting, with the launch of the new BodyFit by Amy APP! We’ll be offering weekly livestreams, Q and As, new recipes, ways to connect with Vivian, me and other BodyFitters around the world, giveaways and more, all with the app, and all for free as our gift to you!

The app is also the new home of our BodyFit Athletic Club. This Holiday HIIT you’ll get a taste of the magic of the BAC, but if you want to jumpstart your journey before the New Year, join us!

This is the time of year when so many of us put not only fitness and nutrition on the backburner, but our own self care.
