To be 100% Honest, I was actually VERY impresses with how quickly Tariq adapted to the form changes I made and I can see a bright future ahead for him. But something tells me I am going to have to keep his puke bucket around for future workouts!

@ScottHermanFitness Is there any credibility to this YouTube video about how to get your biceps wider from the front? It has nearly 1.3M views. Basically, he says doing biceps with your wrists pronated activates the brachialis more which causes wider biceps.

I really appreciate this. I'm just starting to get into weight training so I can relate to this homie. I've lost 40 lbs changing my diet and doing HIIT 2-3 times a week. I'm back to my naturally skinny shape but looking to add strength more so than size. I love all the tips. TY SCOTT. Time to get STAAHHHTED.

Great video like always, but I have a quick question… I am 15 years old and have been going regularly to the gym for almost a year. My biceps were something that I wanted to grow, and i've hit a plateau. I don't get muscle soreness the day after, and feel comfortable and a 'pump' doing sets with extremely high reps in the 20-30 range. When I try and lift in the under 10 range, although it is hard to do, I don't feel anything in the biceps. Although I am just a beginner and still overall skinny, my biceps are the lacking part in my body, and something I feel somewhat insecure about. Please help!
