Hi Adriene, I wasn't able to keep my back flat on the ground with the second hip opener or walk my body forward in the first. I am obviously a mega beginner, will this come with time and practise or is there something else I can try. Thank you.

I do the back , sciatica yoga like doing them with you, Id like one that helps you lose the weight but i cant do planks anything involving the toes Chair yoga is not enought for me but need more of a work out .

Thank you Adriene! My physical therapist reccommended the hip openers video. I recently had difficulty with my pelvic floor muscles being too tight. It's been emotional straining but I am doing yoga stretches that have helped stretch that area out. I you can recommend and know of any other way to stretch that area, out, I would be very grateful. Adriene, You have a beaufiful gift. Thank you. Thank you also for the hip focused videos! They really help. One question- when I rock from side to side, I feel discomfort on each side in back above my hips. I carry stress in this area. What do you recommend to loosen up these "balls" of stress?
I’m six weeks in to running again. Noticing a lot of tightness in my calves and some shin pain. I’ve been practicing the yoga for runners series but it doesn’t seem like enough for my calves (which are always tight since forever, even when I’m not running) please help with some new stretch ideas! For firelog; What if I can’t get the top ankle to the bottom knee?? I can only get it to the bottom calf. I’m veeery tight. It’s so uncomfortable for me.

I've been having tight, painful psoas/hip flexors for a while now, and this video really helped me!
