You don't have to be a beginner to do low impact exercises. You do a great favour to your body and joints with the low impact options. And I appreciate a lot that you show that option too because I cannot do any jumping etc. high impact. Standing workouts are the best. The location is pretty awesome. Reminds me of my home region. You can get a super workout and nice sweat with the low impact versions – proven by doing your workouts lol.
Discovered your channel from Anna's workout videos and I absolutely love your work out videos . They're really amazing and I keeps me motivated becau I feel so good after each video that I wouldn't want to stop working out . I'll usually do a mix and match of your 4 minute workout videos and me them a 30 minute workout . It's tough but so so good . Thank you
