HIIT is one of the best ways to keep fit and I was so inspired by the lovely young Kate, as she has such a great attitude about fitness and wellbeing that I grabbed to opportunity to share with you all the HIIT workout we did in the park. Lucy xx

LOVE your videos! I started your workouts when Anna SacconeJoly started putting them in her "What I ate wednesday" videos. I was so excited when you started your own channel. You seem like such a sweetheart. I would love to see a video on some warm up and cool down suggestions. I know a few warm up moves and a few cool down stretches, but it would be great to see a video that explains why you would choose one over the other because of the muscle group you are working.
Question though: How far would you sprint would you say? Perhaps it doesn't matter, but I want to make sure I'm doing it right. I'm hoping to do this workout this afternoon! Thanks again!

Lucy I love this work out! Out of all your workouts I think I find this one to be the most difficult. I've been doing it every other day for the past two weeks and I'm already seeing results 🙂 I think those sprints in between each set really pushes the envelope! Thank you so much. Hope to see more park workouts 🙂
