As personal trainer who conducts hiit classes it's always a challenge to come up with different and new interesting exercises to keep every
One interested. A lot of stuff on YouTube regarding fitness is not great this however is really good stuff

Damn, I can’t believe I did this AND the hiit extra challenge. I definitely won’t be able to use the stairs after today, that’s for sure. I lifted lighter than a year ago as I’m getting back into working out however that didn’t stop me from contracting my muscles and focusing on the burn 🔥 I’m all done for the day and boy do I feel like an absolute badass. I’m so ready to conquer the rest of today like a boss 💪 #FBSweat Day 12 complete! 12.07.2021
