I used to really enjoy doing these workouts. Now I find that the white background really irritates me. It's so bland and boring and actually makes me dizzy after a couple minutes. Also I'm starting to not enjoy this man's voice. Maybe it's just me but I think a nice background would help me focus and work out.

I notice that when I do ab workouts like crunches for example, my neck will get sore much faster than my abs get sore…any tips on how to strengthen the neck?

Sunday before Memorial Day, and I say: okay, let me find a short workout for between 20 – 25 mins long. Oh, boy, 5 mins in, and I think "what did I get myself into?". With fun Latin Pop music on, I did it! I have been working out with Fitness Blender since last year, when I started working from home, and I keep recommending FB to whoever brings up the topic of Fitness and Working Out, specially in these times of staying at home and quarantine.
