We are now on Day 6 Week 2 from the 4 Minute Hiit Challenge, and you are now one Tough Cookie so that is why I am going to get you kicking that booty today and the result of this is you are going to be getting super toned and super fit. Hi Lucy please help! So I am 13 and you probably won't see this but I'm gonna try! I'm going on holiday in summer and reallllllyyyyy want to be able to wear a bikini but I'm really not happy with my stomach so have you got any tips that could help me out? 😃

I have two graduation ceremonies, an early morning meeting, and a wedding all in 6 days, so so so happy to have these workouts to keep in the habit of working out even when I have one crazy busy week! Thank you!

Thank You Lucy for diligently posting videos so that we can be toned and fit. I just started the 4 min workout and completed week 2 and will progressively work up to the 100 reps. I can't wait to get fit and toned. The best part of this workouts are that you can do them anywhere…….and no equipments required. Thank you once again for all the effort you put in for us. Plus the photos that you post on instagram of girls achieving results is so motivating and encouraging.
