I live in the fourth story of an appartment building (no lift) and still have trouble walking up the stairs 4 days later. Guess that means the workout was successful! 😂

I always try to do the 'harder' moves but by the third round I'm so tired that I do the 'easy' ones and then on the last round I go back to doing the harder ones. Is this ok?
Btw, the extra 20 seconds kill me!

Good morning Lucy! I did this workout again this morning. And I a happy to say that I stepped up routine, making every move count all the more! I felt stronger and still so challenged! What a great way to begin the week!
I gave up in Januari, but here I am back in Februari. Doing all the difficult moves and doing two work-outs everyday. Thank you so much Lucy I feel so much better now. 🙂
Day 8. Smashed it! I've actually lost a few pounds already but more importantly I feel better.

I am 62 years young and I love these workouts, Lucy!! I continue to steadily lose 1-2 lbs every week simply by starting my day with one of your HIIT workouts and eating clean or when I can't eat clean, minimizing my portions. I was finding it so difficult to lose weight until I found Lucy a few months ago. I love her wonderful personality, not at all like some of those drill seargents out there on youtube , haha! She is so gentle and encouraging! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Lucy Wyndham-Read!!!!

Hi Lucy, why is it important to wear trainers? I usually combine yoga, pilates, and your workouts and do everything on the mat without shoes. Is it harmful somehow?
