I'm so sad!!! I was doing so good with Lucy's workouts, but on my way out the door for work this morning I fell down the stairs and broke my ankle! I'm going to have to figure out how to exercise without putting weight on my foot!

I don't know why but this one was the hardest so far. Proper out of breath burning back of throat style. This is the first time I've been doing proper exercise ever I think, I had to do a tiny run to the coffee shop and I didn't get out of breath for the first time haha 3 months post partum! Thankyou!
