These workouts are amazing! I am still at it after two weeks. I am noticing that I am getting stronger. I have exercised all my life but have never challenged myself. Thank you Lucy for encouraging me to do these workouts! I look forward to them everyday after work, I will be sad when this is over.

Hi Lucy! I am 12 years old and was wondering if you had any good workout ideas? I am signed up to a gym but haven't really seen much difference in my body. I was hoping to loose some lower belly fat. Any suggestions? XX

I'm doing this in june so I'm super behind but is it normal that I sweat like a pig at 8:30pm. Ok it is 24° in the Netherlands and super hot but mennnn. Almost got a black out. Yesterday was a lot easier. Gonna do abs now. My tempo is a bit less though phieuw

Hiya Lucy I felt I really needed to change my work out routine as I've been doing your 10/7 mins work outs. I'm now on the 3rd week of the 28 day challenge and I love 4mins format. You definitely get out of breath and I follow this up with 5mins abs. Best thing ever and best start to my day. Ive seen a small shift in my weight which I hadn't seen in a long time. Despite doing exercise everyday it was only 4mins work out that I saw a change. Thank you I think I'm going to just follow with 4mins exercise from now on. You are truly best, highly recommend 4mins work outs
