This was so hard for me but so worth it
#done trying to get fit after my baby, 3 months old! This was really challenging, but Thankyou for creating workouts I can actually complete, it's only 4 minutes so I've got no excuse and knowing it's over quickly gives me the motivation to finish it! xx

Done! I' m back up to date now!!! I loved this one – jump squats and anything plank related are some of my favourite exercises and I use these quite a lot in my workouts – I am feeling full of energy now 😅😅😅

did 2 rounds of each of this weeks workouts 40 mins altogether super hard but super good!
Hi Lucy! Just wanted to say I'm doing your challenge but my own way! The last week I've done all 6 workouts of Week 1 together in one session for 5 days and then I'm going to do all 6 workouts of Week 2 for 5 days and so on! It takes me about 30-40 minutes a day and makes me feel great! 👍🏻

Hi Lucy, I follow with a bit of delay, but still LOVING it!! I'm doing 2 after another: 1st = hardest version, 2nd = softer version. Next day, I repeat the last one (harder version) and add the next one (softer version). Love it like this, THANKS!!

I feel my heart BEATING like crazy in my chest. Hahaha. Wow. This was hard. Did the warming up and this one. Only 4 minutes but sweating like crazy. Wait a few minutes and then I do the 3 minutes arm workout before I shower
Hardest by far my body didn't start sweating until I was done my heart rates up and I definetleyfelt challenged, #Done #Lucyssquad
