I Injured my back in an accident, so I've been doing the rehab stint, etc! All I've wanted is to get back (fully) to your videos! I'm working my way back, and as usual, you are not only an inspiration to me, but an encourager as well! Not only do I feel good physically when I do your workouts, but I also feel good mentally! You help me more than you could ever imagine! Thank you Tiffany!

Hi Tiffany it's Rita…I did the 1st and I'm here for this one and finished with doing 4 extra leg lifts with the 10 pd weights…OMG, wow!! pretty cool and I love your dog!!
