i believe they don't do that because what they want us to do is exercise to improve overall our health/lifestyle not just to how we look superficially

It would be a shame if you did not build muscle when these other people do it easily with Elite Muscle Formula (check it out on Google).

Was about to do this and realized I might wake my neighbors downstairs with all the jumping.I use double mat and workout barefeet for noise abosrbtion but this kind of jump would still wake them up. I should do this in daytime and it would be awesome. I am the biggest fan.

did everything but for the push ups i did normal ones because they are really hard for me.
Just wanted to say I am so happy you do these short workout vids, I am very busy at the moment, finishing my masters thesis and applying for phds that I only have about 15mins in the day I can give to exercise. Its really nice to be able to get in a good workout in that time! 🙂

I was planning on just doing yoga today to stretch out my sore muscles.. but I thought, I can do a quick 8 minute HIIT workout.. It'll be so quick.. that was the quickest but most painful 8 minutes of my life… worth it. Now yoga!!!!

Loved the variety to this routine!! Short, quick and effective. I cannot do push up jacks! And the quick feet was painful and tough and totally caught me off guard!! #homeworkout
