No equipment needed today – we will just be using our own body-weight for resistance to get in a total body workout. Hey Heather I really liked the workout, but I have some feedback. It's not ideal to have to listen to your music in order to hear the sound of the bell, I felt it took away from the experience quite a lot. It's much easier to hear verbal instruction so we don't have to turn out heads to the video to do the workout.

I just found this channel and it’s my first time trying this. I’m absolutely loving it – instead of getting exhausted like it usually happens after a workout, I feel like I’ve unlocked a lot of energy. I definitely recommend doing this!
