Hey Heather I really liked the workout, but I have some feedback. It's not ideal to have to listen to your music in order to hear the sound of the bell, I felt it took away from the experience quite a lot. It's much easier to hear verbal instruction so we don't have to turn out heads to the video to do the workout.
Added 3 and 5 pound weights to this! Awesome workout
