Welcome to today’s HIIT Legs Workout!!! This lower body workout will help build strength and power in the legs. We will perform each exercise 3 times before moving to the next to really lock in our form, fatigue each muscle group and create some serious heat – Bring on the Jello legs! 😉 #HIIT #LegsWorkout #HomeWorkout

Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: I used a set of 25lbs (each)
Exercise mat or other soft surface. The Mat I use:

Workout Breakdown:
0:00 Intro
0:30 Warm Up
4:10 HIIT Leg Circuit (30s work + 30s rest x3 straight sets)
Goblet Squat
Jump Squat
Deadlift
Deadlift + Hop
Glute Bridge
Low Pulses
Reverse Lunges
Curtsey + Hop
28:00 Cool Down & Stretch

Okay this was so good! Definitely one of the best (and dare I say…fun) workouts I have ever done on YouTube. I am so glad I stumbled across your channel! I was getting burnt out and needed a change in workouts. I have seen the best results since doing your workouts, even doing the low impact ones…they just hit differently?? Anyway thank you!!

Oh my. Did some 'active rest jumping' on this one, used my 12kg kettlebell and 8kg weights, and it was… A killer! Jello legs indeed! (burned 264 cals) I then followed with your new 10 min standing abs and was drenched by the end of it all! (burned 391 cals in total) Loved it!! tks Heather!!
