Oh my. Did some 'active rest jumping' on this one, used my 12kg kettlebell and 8kg weights, and it was… A killer! Jello legs indeed! (burned 264 cals) I then followed with your new 10 min standing abs and was drenched by the end of it all! (burned 391 cals in total) Loved it!! tks Heather!!
