Okay this was BRUTAL. I couldn't do the star jumps at the end. Switched to jumping jacks and alternate kicks, but I LOVED IT. Gonna do 15 mins more of kickboxing then I'm DONE.

The full body portions after the kickboxing combos are excellent! I liked this set up a lot. "On" for "x" seconds followed by short break then repeat… Instead of "do 10 reps of this combo." All-in-all, FB workouts are all excellent. Thanks for the content, D & K.

That was my toughest workout in a while. I might be sweating a river. I usually find the kick boxing ones a bit easier so I thought that would be the case here but nope. The cardio intervals… and then the abs at the end. Brutual! Good brutual though. I had to take extra breaks and I am going to save this one so I can work up to when I won't need those breaks!

WHOA! This 30 minute workout was SO MUCH HARDER and more challenging than I thought it would be!! Was not expecting that and feeling pretty sweaty and dead towards the end of it! Really effective. The kick-throughs were tough! #homeworkout
